Shipping Guidelines & Estimates

Order Processing Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and packed before it is dispatched for shipping.

 

Estimated Transit Times

USA: 7–10 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
International: 7–12 business days (varies by location)

What is a "Business Day"? Business days refer to Monday through Friday. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please keep this in mind when calculating your expected delivery date.

 

Important Delivery Notes

  • Estimated Windows: These timeframes are provided as a guideline for transit only.
  • Customs & Import: All shipping times exclude potential delays caused by government import clearance or mandatory customs inspections.
  • External Factors: Please account for federal holidays or high-volume seasonal backlogs. These factors are completely out of our personal control, but we monitor all shipments closely to ensure they move as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking info to update.

 

Delays or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@retrocity.net. We'll investigate and make it right.

 

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for packages that customers claim were lost or not received when the carrier has provided proof of delivery to the specified shipping address. This includes delivery confirmations verifying the date, time, and location of delivery, all of which can be accessed through the tracking system. Customers are responsible for designating a secure delivery location and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
  • If you believe your package is missing, please contact delivery service directly and dispute a case with them.
  • Any packages destroyed by UPS, USPS, FedEx or any other delivery services due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.
  • In cases where a package is returned due to an insufficient address, rejection, or any reason not caused by our error, please contact us immediately. We will not automatically reship your order, and refunds are not available in these situations. Providing accurate shipping details and timely communication is crucial.
