Replacement Guarantee

Free product replacements are provided for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping discrepancies (incorrect items delivered)
  • How it works: We'll replace it at no extra cost. Just email us with a photo/video and your order number.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • You purchased from www.retrocity.net (must provide order number).
  • Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee: For returns not related to manufacturing issues, the buyer must bear the full return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds for returned items are processed 48 hours after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Delayed Delivery: We do not accept returns or refunds for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as customs inspections, federal holidays, extreme weather, or high-volume seasonal backlogs.
  • Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.

Refund Timeline

Once we initiate the refund, if you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.

Confirmation Email

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.

What should I do if I want to return my order?

Email support@retrocity.net with your order number. You may return your new, in original packaging, and unused item within 15 days of receipt. Please note that the buyer pays for the return shipping cost.
